Q. Where will the 2007 conference be held?
A. The 2007 conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Calgary - the same location as the 2005 conference.

An additional block of rooms has been made available at the Calgary Marriott Hotel which is located across the street, and connected by the Plus 15, from the Hyatt Regency Calgary.

Q. Where is the Hyatt located?
A. The Hyatt is located in the heart of downtown Calgary. From the Calgary International Airport, it is a 20 minute drive.
Q. How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
A. There is a regularly scheduled downtown shuttle from the airport and all major car rental agencies are located at the airport.
Q. How do I get around downtown?
A. There are museums, parks and many stores and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. If the weather is cold or wet, Calgary's famous Plus 15 walkway system will take you from one end of downtown to the other without ever going outside.
Q. Are there any other hotels near the conference?
A. Yes. Within a four or five block radius you will find: The Westin, Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire, The Fairmont Palliser and the Marriott.
Q. What is there to do outside of the conference?
A. The hotel will be happy to assist you with arrangements for a day trip to Banff; a walking tour of the museums; a tour of the Bernard Callebaut chocolate factory or a picnic by the Bow River in Eau Claire Market. The possibilities are endless. Please visit Tourism Calgary for more information.
Q. How far is it to the mountains?
A. The Canadian Rocky Mountains are a 45 minute drive west from Calgary. The town of Banff is approximately a 75 minute drive. Please visit Banff Lake Louise Tourism for more information.
Q. Can I arrive early or stay late? Will the hotel take my reservation?
A. The Hyatt has offered our conference a special rate and that rate is in effect from two days prior to the conference until two days after the conference.
Q. Will the conference accommodate special dietary concerns?
A. You will be able to let us know your dietary restrictions through the website's registration page. The Hyatt Regency will attempt to accommodate specific restrictions.
